Based on your readings in Chapter 13, describe the reasons that employee turnover can occur and explain the role of managers, HRM leaders, and other organizational factors that need to address this problem. You can use your own current or previous experiences as a way of supporting your discussion points. Discuss whether turnover may be a good development for an organization.
